Also, when you sleep well, you do not get sick very often because your immune system has been established well.

Lastly, you can have a healthy lifestyle by getting rid of stress. Stress is one of the major reasons why people get sick and they cannot perform their tasks properly. A lot of experts advise doing different forms of meditation like yoga.
